About Cornerstone Lending, Inc
Cornerstone Lending, Inc was founded in 1998 by Christopher J Bonner. After his position with Anchor Savings bank as a loan officer from 1986 to 1987, Christopher J Bonner became Senior Lending Officer and then Regional Sales Manager for Cardinal Financial Company from 1987 to 1997. He is currently the president and Director of Regional Sales.
Cornerstone Lending, Inc is a mortgage broker currently licensed in PA, NJ, and DE. We originate residential and commercial mortgages. We are approved by FHA and VA to originate loans that are insured and guaranteed by those administrations. We also originate loans that are sold to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
There have been rapid changes in the lending industry, and epidemic mortgage bank failures. Cornerstone Lending has maintained market dominance in spite of an ever challenging lending environment. By offering progressive products and educating our customers, Cornerstone has become the name to rely on for wise council, creative mortgage concepts and affordable financing.
About Our President
After graduating Penn State University with a bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, began his career in Mortgage Financing in 1986. He worked at Cardinal Financial Company from 1987 to 1997 as a Regional Sales Manager. Chris Bonner founded Cornerstone Lending, Inc. in 1997. He was also the founder of scorecure.com, True Abstract, and The Journey (a non-profit organization). He is an author, a previous radio show guest, and past president of several business networking groups and Special Guest Speaker at various Real Estate and Lending seminars.
